Membership

Our members come from hundreds of institutions, including domestic commercial and savings banks, foreign banks, investment banks, merchant banks, credit companies, insurance companies, pension funds,  opportunity funds, and REITs.

Eligibility for Membership

RELA's membership is comprised of individuals who originate, underwrite, close, manage, service, buy, and/or sell loans for institutional lenders and to institutional equity investors whose financings place capital under their control at risk.
 
Membership in RELA is individual and not transferable. 

Membership Year

The membership year is from June 1 through May 31.

Dues

Dues are $325 per annum and are prorated in January of each year at the discretion of the Board.
