— real estate recruitment — will be addressed from two perspectives: that of a leading executive search
professional, and that of a specialist in employment law. Each presentation will be followed by an open Q&A session.

Anthony
J. LoPinto • Managing Director
& CEO • Equinox Partners Anthony J. LoPinto is Chief Executive
Officer of Equinox Partners in New York, where he is also global head of the firm's executive search practice. Tony’s
30 years of executive-level real estate and search experience provide him with a unique understanding and perspective for
the talent needs and challenges of public and private real estate companies. His industry experience includes executive-level
positions with Bankers Trust, Mobil Land Development Corporation, Cushman & Wakefield, First Chicago, and The Charles
E. Smith Companies. As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Smith Companies, he managed the company's
initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange. Also notable in his career was his management of a major Chicago
office building development, and debt and equity capital markets transactions exceeding $10 billion.
Tony holds
a B.A. from Loyola University in Chicago, where he also attended Loyola's international studies program in Rome, Italy.
He is a full member of the Urban Land Institute, NAREIT, Pension Real Estate Association, and the National Multi-Housing Council.
Mike Delikat • Partner • Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP Mike Delikat, a partner in
the New York office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, serves as Chair of Orrick’s Global Employment Law Practice
and previously served as the Managing Director of Orrick’s Litigation Division.
He represents a broad range
of major corporations in all facets of labor and employment law. Mr. Delikat has an active trial, arbitration, and appellate
practice and handles a number of high-visibility class action and impact cases. Mr. Delikat has extensive experience
with issues arising from trade secret misappropriation, wage and hour collective actions, and other class actions based on
gender and race, with particular expertise representing companies in the financial services industry.
He currently
has an active practice representing a number of major corporations in the defense of Sarbanes-Oxley Act whistleblower claims
brought before the Department of Labor and in the federal courts. He is the author of the first treatise published on
