Jordan L. Kaplan is the President and Chief Executive
Officer of Douglas Emmett, Inc. (DEI), a $6.6 billion office and residential REIT listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
He is also a member of the Board of Directors of DEI. He co-founded Douglas Emmett Realty Advisors in 1991, which grew
during the 1990s into a large manager of institutional real estate funds and is the predecessor to DEI. Douglas Emmett
went public in 2006 in what was then the largest REIT IPO in history.
Mr. Kaplan is a dedicated environmentalist
and is the President of the Santa Monica BayKeeper, an environmental organization devoted to cleaning the Santa Monica Bay.
He is a recipient of the Frank G. Wells Founder’s Award, which is given for outstanding contributions to protecting
the environment. In connection with his interest in the outdoors, Mr. Kaplan has been an active mountain climber for
the past twenty years and has completed numerous expedition-level climbs in the Himalayas, Antarctica, Greenland, Africa,
North America, and South America.
A native of Los Angeles, Mr. Kaplan received his bachelor’s degree from
the University of California in Santa Barbara and, in 1986, his M.B.A. from the Anderson School at UCLA. He lives in
Pacific Palisades, California, with his wife, Christine, and their three children.

William Kamer
is the Chief Financial Officer of Douglas Emmett, Inc. (DEI), a $6.6 billion office and residential REIT listed on the New
York Stock Exchange. He joined Douglas Emmett Realty Advisors, the predecessor to DEI, in 2000 and became CFO of DEI
prior to its October 2006 IPO. Prior to joining Douglas Emmett, Mr. Kamer was an attorney for 22 years, at the law firms
of Irell & Manella and Cox, Castle & Nicholson, focusing exclusively on real estate and real estate finance matters.
He was a partner at Cox, Castle & Nicholson from 1986 through 1999.
Mr. Kamer oversees DEI’s financing
and investor relations functions. He is active in a variety of community and real estate industry organizations within
Southern California. Mr. Kamer received his bachelor's degree from Vassar College in 1973, his master's degree
in city and regional planning from Harvard University in 1978, and his J.D. degree from Boston University also in 1978.
