David C. Bluestone is a Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Capital Credit Risk
Management Group of KeyCorp. Since 2002, Mr. Bluestone has been directly responsible for the structuring and approval
of credit exposure for both middle market and institutional commercial real estate relationships. Prior to this position,
Mr. Bluestone was the Team Sales Leader of the Chicago Office of the Income Property Group of KeyBank Real Estate Capital®,
a division of KeyCorp.
Mr. Bluestone has over 20 years of experience in a variety of commercial real estate banking
activities, which have included marketing, cross-selling, loan origination, loan restructuring, document preparation, and
credit underwriting of real estate loans. Prior to joining KeyCorp, Mr. Bluestone held similar roles for 10 years at
Mellon Bank. He began his real estate career at the Southland Corporation as a Project Manager and Real Estate Representative.
Mr. Bluestone received his Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University and his
M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.

John R. Born has been with Wrightwood Capital and its predecessor company, Cohen Financial,
for 13 years. As Senior Director, Credit at Wrightwood Capital for the past five years, he has been responsible for
developing credit processes and management of the 11-member credit group. At Cohen Financial, John worked in several
capacities, including Director of the Analytics Group, Senior Consultant, and Investment Officer. Prior to Cohen Financial,
John was an asset manager with Baird and Warner and FC&S for three years, where he oversaw the repositioning and leasing
of office and industrial properties; and was a development manager with Amli Realty Co. for five years, working on the development
of apartment, office, and industrial projects. He has a Master in Business Administration Degree and a Master in Architecture
Degree from the University of Illinois, and a Bachelor in Architecture from the University of Colorado. He is also a
C.P.A.

Mark W. Lariviere is
a Senior Vice President and Credit Risk Management Officer in Bank of America’s Global Corporate & Investment Banking
- Commercial Real Estate Banking unit, a position he assumed in February 2008. He has primary credit approval responsibility
for the CREB-Chicago portfolio, consisting of approximately $8 billion in commitments and over 400 clients.
Lariviere
previously served for the last 10+ years as the Team Leader and Senior Corporate Debt Products Officer responsible for the
Bank’s public homebuilding portfolio, representing over $2.5 billion in commitments with 20+ clients. He was involved
in the origination, structuring, delivery, and ongoing monitoring of bank debt, capital markets, and other bank products and
services for the public homebuilders as well as select REIT and Fund clients.
Lariviere joined Continental Illinois
National Bank (predecessor to BofA) in 1982 as an associate in the Corporate & Institutional Banking Training Program.
Over the years, he has held various marketing, loan syndications, structuring, credit, workout, and portfolio management positions
in the Bank’s commercial real estate (21 years) and energy (4 years) departments. Lariviere is a member of the
Urban Land Institute.
Lariviere graduated from Denison University in 1975 with a B.S. in Biology. He also
was commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force at that time and served on active duty until 1980, achieving
the rank of Captain. He graduated from Indiana University in 1982 with an M.B.A. in Finance.

Lance Prusak joined National City Bank
in 1999 as a Corporate Banking Associate. He assumed his position in the Bank’s Real Estate Finance Group in 2000,
where he has since held a variety of commercial real estate-related positions. Those positions include Relationship
Manager, Team Leader, and his current role as Deputy Chief Credit Officer adjudicating credits out of the Bank’s Illinois
and Wisconsin commercial real estate offices. He has been involved in transactions involving senior and mezzanine debt,
as well as capital markets syndication. He holds a B.A. from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from the University of
Illinois.
