Suzanne Kliegerman

Suzanne Kliegerman is Senior Vice President of Credit Executive Support for TD Bank (and legacy Commerce Bank). Bank-wide areas of responsibility include Credit Policy, the Commercial Appraisal Division, Environmental Risk Management, the Engineering Department, and Risk Reporting. Suzanne joined Commerce Bank in September of 2001, where she established, built, and managed the 3-team New York Commercial Real Estate Lending Division during the bank’s entry into the New York market. In 2006, she was charged with advancing the infrastructure of the commercial real estate lending discipline and Credit Department in the midst of the bank’s unprecedented growth. She has 20+ years of experience in the industry working for EAB, Bank of Tokyo Trust Company, and Chemical Bank.
Suzanne currently sits on the boards of the Real Estate Lenders Association and the Association of Real Estate Women, and is a former President of both organizations. She was the recipient of the 2004 Galaxy Award presented by New York Women's Agenda (NYWA). Kliegerman is a member of WX, the Real Estate Board of New York, and the Mortgage Bankers Association. Suzanne resides in Westchester with her husband and three children.
