Our members represent a variety of institutions, involved in commercial real estate debt and equity including domestic commercial and savings banks, foreign banks, investment banks, merchant banks, credit companies, insurance companies, pension funds, opportunity funds, and REITS.

Eligibility for Membership

Membership is individual, not transferable and limited to debt and equity investors only.

Members must:

  • Be employed with an institutional commercial real estate debt investor
AND
  • Perform at least one of the following functions for that institution:
    • Origination
    • Underwriting
    • Syndications
    • Closing
    • Servicing
    • Loan purchase or sale
    • Capital Markets
    • Investment Banking
OR
  • Invest in commercial real estate either for your own account or for an institution that utilizes its own capital.

Dues

Dues are $425 per annum and are prorated in January of each year at the discretion of the Board.
